Brazing System is Pre Fluxed and Controlled Using a Closed Loop System

Brazing Chamber - Aluminum Brazing

Zinc Aluminum (Bellman: 78% Zn/22% Al) (Flux: 85% Zn/15% Al)
Advantage: Greatest Temperature Window
ZnAl 4 Melting Temperature: 729 F (Temperature Window 429 F)
ZnAl 4 Melting Temperature: 842 F (Temperature Window 324 F)
Joints May Look Leak Free and Be Porous or Become Porous

Large Post Brazed - Aluminum Brazing
Alloy 153 (Silicon Zinc Aluminum)
Advantage: Melting Temperature of Filler Further from Base Metal, Reducing Erosion Risks
Filler: Si/Al/Zn Melt Point 1004 F
Tube: AA3xxx Melt Point 1166 F - 1212 F
Total Temperature Window: 162 F
