Auto Brazing Systems offers specialized machinery for both aluminum condenser and evaporator coils, ensuring top-notch quality in every project. Our in-line evaporator system, designed to meet your specifications, can produce three to four perfectly brazed coils per minute, with heights ranging from 12 to 52 inches plate-to-plate. This capability allows us to manufacture 180 to 240 coils per hour, or 1,440 to 1,920 coils during a standard eight-hour workday.

Precision Engineered Solutions
Our in-line evaporator system for aluminum brazing consistently produces precisely engineered coils to meet your design requirements. The process includes the following steps:
- The system operator selects the size of the evaporators to be brazed, ensuring that each coil remains centered in the burner’s flame.
- Mass flow controllers mix air and gas in precise ratios, measured by molecules, and deliver them to each burner zone.
- The system continuously monitors the brazing chamber's interior temperature. An adjustable exhaust damper, controlled by a motor and VFD, regulates hot air flow to maintain the temperature within a few degrees.
- The evaporator coil is cooled to approximately room temperature before being safely loaded into a thermal degreaser.
